    United Launch Alliance and Orbital ATK launched the OA-7 Cygnus mission to the International Space Station (ISS) on Tuesday. Flying atop an Atlas V rocket, Cygnus departed the SLC-41 pad at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station at the start of a thirty-minute window that opened at 11:11 local time (15:11 UTC).
