United Launch Alliance’s Delta IV rocket is now scheduled to launch on Friday for its final flight, the NROL-70 mission for the National Reconnaissance Office. Liftoff, from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, is scheduled for 1:37 PM EDT (17:37 UTC) after Thursday’s launch attempt was scrubbed following a hold at the T-3 minute, 58-second mark in the countdown.
